The Medicare Store is seeking a highly-motivated Healthcare Sales Agent to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals that are ready to impact their community of seniors with a better healthcare organization.

There are over 600,000 people on Medicare. Approximately 3,000 people get Medicare for the first time every month. All of them are required to enroll in some level of insurance or face government penalties. The Medicare Store agents are compensated to help seniors choose and enroll in required coverage. We literally get paid to help people every day!

This position offers paid training

Responsibilities:

• Represent The Medicare Store professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert on our industry
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
• All sales positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts.
